The municipality of Vallmoll, located in Alt Camp, successfully celebrated its 'Festival of Old Age', a day dedicated to honoring its elderly residents with various activities.

The celebration began at 12:30 PM with a solemn mass at the Santa Maria parish church, specially officiated for the elderly people of the town. This religious act marked the start of a day full of recognition and community spirit.
Subsequently, the activities moved to the Cultural and Social Center, where at 2:00 PM, a communal lunch was served. A total of 114 diners, including senior citizens, their companions, and various authorities, participated in this festive meal.
The lunch menu featured esqueixada with tuna, tomato, and romesco as a first course. For the main course, guests could choose between pork rib ingot with mushroom sauce and caramelized apple or baked sea bass stuffed with shrimp and vegetables on a bed of potato.
