The objective of this call is to support families with expenses related to school materials and to facilitate access to textbooks during the academic year. The municipal grants for the 2026-2027 academic year are €35 per student for early childhood education, primary, and secondary education, and €65 for other regulated studies such as baccalaureate, degree, and university. These grants are intended for the acquisition and/or rental of school textbooks, in both paper format and other formats.
Parents, mothers, legal guardians, or persons with custody of the beneficiary students may apply for these grants, provided that they reside in the municipality of Querol. The deadline for submitting the application and necessary documentation is November 30, 2026.
To receive the grant, the expense incurred for textbooks must be justified. For primary and secondary education students, the justified expense must be equal to or greater than the sum of the Generalitat de Catalunya school voucher (€60) and the municipal grant (€35), totaling €95. For other regulated studies, the justified expense must be equal to or greater than the amount of the municipal grant requested.
The Querol City Council encourages families who meet the requirements to inquire about this call and submit their application within the established deadline through the electronic headquarters or in person at any of our offices. With these grants, the council continues to support families in the municipality and contributes to meeting the educational expenses of the academic year.
