The session of the Municipal Plenary of Llançà served to review and detail various aspects related to the organization and functioning of the local entity. Municipal agreements governing the corporation and its bodies were discussed.

The importance of the code of conduct for senior officials and the institution's institutional memory, which includes a historical record of the town's mayors, was recalled.
