The exhibition invites the public to explore the symbolic universe of myths, traditions, and legends through various artistic disciplines. This show pays tribute to Blanca Reig and Josep Palau i Fabre, and gathers works by artists offering personal and contemporary interpretations of this cultural heritage.
The official inauguration will take place today, Friday, July 10th, at seven in the evening in the Chapel of Convent de Santa Clara. The event will feature a presentation by Blanca Sala Reig, a Doctor of Art History, and the participation of Maria Rosa Oliveras, with musical accompaniment by Auxi López and Olga Bereza.
The exhibition will be open from Thursday to Sunday, from 6 PM to 8 PM. The show includes works by various artists, notably Patrícia Maseda, Xavier Saus, Gemma Romero Goday, Lola Ventós, Manel Menéndez, Maria Engracia Mesquida, Beni Ballesta, Ana Novella, Carme Porqueras “Blueeyes”, Glòria Bassols i Compte, Josefina Pasqual i Fransoy, Montserrat Cufí, and Àngel Rodríguez.
With this initiative, the Convent de Santa Clara solidifies its role as a key venue for culture and visual arts in the municipality, offering a new opportunity to enjoy the creativity and talent of local artists.
