The municipality of Llers hosts the "Stress-Free" workshop this Saturday, January 10, at Castell de Llers, gathering integral health experts to offer free tools for managing anxiety and promoting well-being.

The activity, which is open and free, is part of the Balance en Comunitat Saludable project, which promotes community health initiatives in the area. The event will begin with an institutional opening led by Màrius Vergés, Mayor of Llers.
The meeting focuses on four fundamental pillars. Yoga teacher Dina will offer the talk Yoga and Pranayama as Life Tools, emphasizing conscious breathing. Subsequently, Psychologist Josep Xambó, PhD, will analyze the phenomenon of stress and anxiety, its causes, and the importance of adequate psychological intervention.

The workshop emphasizes a preventive, community-based, and integral vision of health, reinforcing the commitment of local councils and territorial entities.

Biologist and psychoneuroimmunologist Maria Fernández will address the complex relationship between diet, gut microbiota, and stress, highlighting how emotions affect the intestine. Finally, psychologist Ricardo Galarza, a specialist in healthy habits, will discuss The Art of Staying in Balance, focusing on the body's self-regulation mechanisms.
Those interested in attending the meeting, which takes place from 11 am to 1 pm, must reserve a spot in advance, as registration is limited. The deadline is Friday, January 9 at 1 pm, and registration can be formalized through the Llers Town Hall or by contacting Estel.
