The municipality of Roses will host its traditional Festivalet on the upcoming weekend of November 14th and 15th, this year featuring the band Mishima as the headliner. The event aims to showcase the area's autumn attractions, combining live music, local gastronomy, and landscape-related activities.
Gastronomy will play a significant role with the Pica Tasta initiative, where participating restaurants will offer small culinary creations. Establishments such as Can Cairó – La Fraternal, Can Cervera, Cervesa de Roses, Falconera, La Deliciosa – Bocateria Simon, M Bistro, Harry’s Bar, and Gozos Mundanos will be involved.
The festival extends beyond the central weekend with activities focused on the sunset. Highlights include the Joan Juanola Award Instagram photography contest for the best sunset in Roses, offering a prize of 300 euros, and the quick painting contest of the sunset, to be held on Saturday, November 7th.
