Professionals from the Consorci Sanitari Alt Penedès-Garraf (CSAPG) are organizing a practical activity on Friday, October 16th, at Sant Camil Hospital to teach Basic Life Support.

On the occasion of World Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Day, the CSAPG is bringing essential knowledge for acting in case of cardiac arrest to citizens and healthcare personnel. The event will take place from 9 AM to 12 PM at the main entrance of the Hospital Residència Sant Camil, located in Sant Pere de Ribes.
Consortium instructors will conduct demonstrations using simulation manikins and explain basic response guidelines. Participants will be able to practice fundamental Basic Life Support maneuvers, learning to intervene effectively while emergency services arrive.
The main objective of this initiative is to raise awareness about the importance of first aid and Basic Life Support training, promoting skills that can make a difference in critical situations.
