The Castaween initiative aims to create a network of participating houses for candy distribution, making it easier for children to find them and avoiding inconvenience for those who prefer not to participate. Individuals interested in joining can register until October 13th via a form or by calling 93 898 02 11. Registered houses will receive a distinctive sign to hang on their door.
During the afternoon and evening of October 31st, children can request candy from houses displaying the sign, until 11 PM. Several establishments affiliated with the Comerç del Foix association will also participate in the campaign.
The celebration will be complemented by Pinta Castanyes Jove (Young Chestnut Painting), organized by the local Youth group, taking place on the same day at the Espai Vida square. From 6 PM to 10 PM, there will be makeup workshops, games, chestnuts, and musical entertainment.
Additionally, the Carmona-Valle family will once again transform their home at Carrer de Barcelona, 40, into the Terror Passage. This private initiative, ongoing for several years, will be open from 6 PM to 11 PM with free and open access on a first-come, first-served basis.
