The Calaf City Council held an extraordinary session on Monday, November 2nd, to draw the 36 individuals who will form part of the electoral boards for the general elections on November 29th.

The selection was made using a computer program provided by the Registry service of the Barcelona Provincial Council. A total of 36 people were chosen, with 12 titular members and 24 alternates, to fill the roles of president, two members, and two alternates for each of the four electoral boards.
Starting today, Tuesday, November 3rd, the appointments will be personally notified. Selected individuals have seven calendar days from receiving the notification to submit their objections to the Electoral Board of the Zone if they cannot fulfill the assigned responsibility.
Calaf will have four electoral boards distributed across two polling stations. Three will be located in the Municipal Hall Teresa Escolà i Torra, and one in the Institut Alexandre de Riquer.
