The Volunteer for Language (VxL) program has welcomed twenty new linguistic pairs in Igualada, who will practice Catalan through conversation in the coming weeks.

The presentation, held on October 23rd at the collaborating establishment Abacus, was led by Maribel Cuadras, Councilor for the Promotion of Catalan Language at the Igualada City Council. Cuadras thanked everyone involved for their collaboration.
During the session, the program's facilitator explained how VxL works, the resources available for linguistic pairs, and suggested meeting spots as well as cultural and recreational activities they could enjoy together.
Following the brief explanation, participants had the chance to introduce themselves, get acquainted, and arrange the details for their first conversation session.
