The goal of the action, initiated in late October via the Goteo platform, is to file a contentious administrative appeal before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia against the project promoter, Forestalia.
The fundraising campaign is divided into two phases; the first, targeting €7,500, has already been achieved. The final goal is to reach €12,000 to cover legal costs. Currently, €9,500 has been raised, but contributions are still needed before the deadline on December 26.

The photovoltaic macro-plant project in Pujalt, which would be divided into three parks (Carrerada, Carbeso, and Montfalco), entails the loss of 173 hectares of cultivated land. This installation includes nearly 200,000 photovoltaic panels and would mean losing about 800 tons of cereal annually, in addition to biodiversity loss and the irreversible transformation of the Alta Segarra landscape.
