The 46th Marxa Beret, organized by the Conselh Generau d'Aran and Baqueira Beret, has opened registration for the established Nordic skiing event taking place in the Val d'Aran on January 31 and February 1, 2026.

This competition is one of the most consolidated Nordic skiing events in Spain, attracting approximately 1,000 participants from all over Europe each year. The event is jointly organized by the Conselh Generau d'Aran and the Baqueira Beret ski resort.
The cross-country skiing festival will begin on Saturday, January 31, with the Spanish 'Sprint' Championship competition, which will be held at Plan de Beret. The following day, February 1, the 46th edition of the Marxa Beret will be run, offering the classic distances of 42, 21, and 10 kilometers.
For the second consecutive year, the event will include the Mini Marxa Beret, a 5-kilometer route offered at a reduced price, designed for children and those who wish to start practicing this sport.
Registration is now open through the official race website and can be completed online until January 25. In-person registration will also be available on January 31 at the Centre Polivalent de Vielha. It should be noted that the registration fee will increase as the event date approaches.
