The rain that fell throughout Saturday once again highlighted the waterproofing problems of the facility's roof, a deficiency that the space has suffered from for years. This situation made it impossible to play the scheduled volleyball matches.

Sports Councillor Anjo Valentí assured that, despite being an old problem, the situation “is on its way to being solved” soon. However, he warned that if the situation does not change, the City Council will be forced to take appropriate measures to guarantee the correct conditioning of the space.
Meanwhile, the council is actively looking for other available municipal facilities where these matches can be temporarily relocated. Valentí clarified that the leaks mainly affect the edges of the playing area, allowing training sessions to continue normally, unlike federated matches.
