Ribera's appointment follows the resignation of Enric Torres, who stepped down in November. Despite the change, Torres' business group, Alimentos Congelados Friman, which has a 40-year relationship with the Mutual, has assured that they will continue to collaborate with the entity.
The new Delegated Commission of the Board of Directors includes, in addition to the Urban Property Chamber (represented by Ribera), the Grup Casinos de Catalunya (represented by Javier Marín, first vice-president), Ros Roca (represented by Ramon Carulla, second vice-president) and TE Connectivity Electronics Spain (represented by Eva Martínez, vice-secretary).
