The agreement, signed by Mayor Oriol Ribalta and association representative Ramon Prunés, includes financial aid from the council for the purchase and maintenance of equipment that the Volunteer Firefighters' Station cannot afford on its own. This aid will cover needs such as furniture, living quarters equipment, appliances, kitchen supplies, and minor domestic repairs.
This collaboration also serves as a recognition of the important work carried out by the volunteer firefighters' association in fire prevention, extinction, and rescue operations within the municipality.
