The municipality of Sant Fruitós de Bages has joined the European project “Llengües Vives” (Living Languages), an Erasmus+ initiative aimed at promoting linguistic diversity and cultural identity among young people.

The project involves exchanges between young people from Catalonia, Brittany, and the Northern Basque Country, seeking to foster mutual understanding and highlight languages as vital elements of culture and identity.
As part of this initiative, on Friday, November 6, the Nexe – Espai Jove (Youth Space) will host a meeting with the project participants. Throughout the week, the young people will collaborate with students from the Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Sociocultural and Tourist Animation at the Institut Guillem Catà to prepare and lead an activity within the municipality.
Sant Fruitós de Bages' participation in this European experience will allow local youth to enhance coexistence, cooperation, and cultural exchange. No prior registration is required to take part in the activity.
