The town of Cambrils is preparing to celebrate its Main Festival in honor of Mare de Déu del Camí, which will take place from August 26 to September 13. This year, the festivities will extend for almost three weeks, featuring a comprehensive program that includes popular culture events, concerts, fire shows, and activities designed for all ages.
One of the notable new additions this year is the 'Camí...nada popular,' an initiative organized by the Cambrils Excursionist Center. This event will be held on September 6, just before the traditional Vermut Vileru gathering, aiming to be a community meeting point.
The program also includes anticipated events such as the 33rd Night of Fire and the 17th Giants Gathering, which will feature the participation of eleven giant groups. Additionally, Catalonia's National Day will be commemorated with a concert featuring performances by Els Catarres, La Cosina, Esbarzers, and DJ Dimuca, offering a diverse musical lineup.
Organizers are inviting residents and visitors to consult the full program for complete details on all the events, schedules, and specific locations planned during the Mare de Déu del Camí Main Festival.
