The Cambrils City Council, led by Mayor Oliver Klein and Education Councilor Natàlia Pleguezuelos, welcomed Jana Gaspà Bargalló today to congratulate her on this award. The young student achieved first place in the Tarragona demarcation in the exams held in June at the Institut Martí Franquès.
Jana Gaspà completed her Baccalaureate at the Institut Cambrils with an average grade of 9.73 (Honors) and a PAU score of 13.178 out of 14. She will now begin a combined degree in modern Catalan and English Languages and Literature at the University of Barcelona (UB), and will also continue her studies in French and German, in addition to dedicating time to cooking.
During the reception, Klein and Pleguezuelos presented Gaspà with a diploma of recognition for her academic dedication. The mayor expressed the town's pride in this achievement, highlighting the talent and effort of Cambrils' youth.
