The event, taking place at Parc del Pinaret, will introduce significant new features, emphasizing a clear commitment to reinforcing its agrarian origins. The Cambrils City Council has unveiled the official poster, illustrating the various facets of the event and this year's innovations.
The councilor for Economic Promotion highlighted the council's commitment to the agricultural sector and the promotion of local produce. To this end, the new “De l’hort al rebost” (From the garden to the pantry) space has been created in Plaça del Setge, where the Cambrils Agricultural Cooperative and various local producers will participate.
Parc del Pinaret will also host a large area dedicated to gastronomy, complemented by a varied musical program. This initiative is integrated into the new BOCA ecosystem, a project that seeks to connect producers, chefs, and consumers to enhance Cambrils' culinary essence and the value of local produce, including a new quality seal for restaurants.
As a new feature, the closing ceremony, organized by La Gastronòmica, will be held at Parc del Pinaret and will review the fair's 67-year history. Through testimonies from different generations and sectors linked to the event, the collective memory and social role of the fair will be highlighted.
The Multisectoral Fair covers more than 50,000 square meters and annually attracts over 45,000 visitors. Previous studies estimate that its direct economic impact on the municipality is approximately five million euros, consolidating it as one of the main meeting points and family leisure attractions on the Costa Daurada.
