The project SINAPSI: young leadership and digital transformation of DPO, developed at Salut Sant Joan Reus-Baix Camp, has secured the second prize in the "Som talent emergent" category during the 7th +FUTUR Conference of the Catalan Union of Hospitals.

The award was presented by Olga Pané, Minister of Health, and Joan M. Adserà, president of La Unió. Albert Huertas, who led the initiative, accepted the award on behalf of the team.
SINAPSI revolutionizes the management of DPO (Management by Objectives) through a corporate application that replaces manual processes based on spreadsheets. This automation, driven by Albert Huertas from the Technical Secretariat, involved the collaboration of Àlex Latorre (Systems and ICT), Júlia Sesmilo (Management and Support Services), and Roser Casas (People Area).
The new tool facilitates the assignment, acceptance, evaluation, calculation, and review of objectives. Integration with Qlik Sense enables real-time monitoring, traceability, and data analysis, improving efficiency and decision-making. The project's success is attributed to the participation of all the entity's professionals.
This marks the first edition of the awards, aimed at recognizing innovative experiences from associated entities. Salut Sant Joan presented ten projects, including other initiatives such as Administrative Referents, Mentorship in Nursing, Command Development Pathway, The Fem Salut Sant Joan Charity Run, Changing the System to Care Better, Institutional Model of Advanced Practice Nursing, From Citizen Participation to Strategic Planning, Experiences related to oncological care, and The Citizen Experience Observatory in Health.
