The session, scheduled from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, is part of the Fit for the Future project. The main goal is to provide a shared learning environment where attendees can reflect on current work dynamics and explore new methodologies to face professional challenges from a systemic perspective.
The workshop will be highly practical. Following an introduction focused on leadership, a collective construction exercise using LEGO bricks will be carried out. This tool aims to stimulate creativity and facilitate collaboration among participants, who will also have space to exchange experiences and knowledge.
