The facility, which opened its doors 19 years ago, has welcomed over a million visitors since its inauguration. The current project includes the creation of a new eleven-meter-long immersive room, designed to offer visitors a sensory journey through the experiences and influences that shaped the author's creative career.
This year's commemoration in Reus involves more than forty local entities, including cultural associations, educational centers, and neighborhood groups. Among the participating organizations is the Associació d'Amics de Gaudí, which has been working on the preservation and promotion of the architect's work since 1955.
This initiative is part of a tradition of public-private collaboration in the city. The goal of the activities scheduled for 2026 is to highlight the connection between the identity of Reus and the avant-garde spirit that defined the genius, turning this legacy into a source of inspiration for future generations.
