This initiative is part of the actions by primary care centers such as CAP la Selva del Camp, CAP Marià Fortuny, CAP Riudoms, and CAP Vandellòs-l'Hospitalet.
Furthermore, Montserrat Llort, a Dietitian-Nutritionist at the primary care centers of Salut Sant Joan, participated in several conferences organized by CatSalut and the Health Region. These conferences addressed topics such as menopause and the care of complex chronic conditions in Camp de Tarragona, involving centers like CAP Riudoms and Hospital Sant Joan.
In another solidarity initiative, the Salut Sant Joan centers have collected 526 pairs of prescription and sunglasses for the “Reus per Gàmbia” project, thanking donors for their generosity.
On the occasion of the World Day of Health Administration, the work of administrative staff within the health system has been recognized for their contribution to efficient and person-centered care. This celebration includes the Salut Sant Joan centers.
As part of the World Primary Care Day, the efforts of 369 professionals ensuring accessible care at Salut Sant Joan centers have been highlighted. In conjunction with center anniversaries between 2025 and 2026, family photographs of the staff have been taken.
For World Oral Health Day, the primary care centers of Salut Sant Joan Reus-Baix Camp are projecting an infographic on the link between oral health and overall health in their waiting rooms.
Finally, the CAP de Riudoms is celebrating its 30th anniversary, marked by service expansion, the implementation of new procedures, and the incorporation of new professional roles, reaffirming its commitment to community health.
