The City Council of Vandellòs and l'Hospitalet de l'Infant has launched an activity program to foster equality and prevent gender-based violence, coinciding with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

Under the slogan «Let's network for equality and against gender-based violence», the initiative will run through October and November. It will include cultural proposals, workshops, youth activities, and educational and awareness actions for various audiences, emphasizing the collective and ongoing fight against this violence.
The program begins on October 15th with the free screening of the film Bodegón con fantasmas at the Teatre Auditori of l'Hospitalet de l'Infant, as part of the 9th Rural Women and Cinema Cycle. On October 17th, the Hospital del Coll de Balaguer Visitor Center will host a concert by Raquel Lúa, part of the Muses Festival.
Activities will continue on October 31st with the artisanal workshop «Painting with the Senses» at the Espai Jove in l'Hospitalet de l'Infant.
