The launch of the center addresses the need to offer more comfortable and efficient care to local residents, as reported by the Department of Health of the Government of Catalonia. This modernization, which began on Monday, also significantly improves accessibility for all users.
The new facilities are designed for comprehensive care, featuring a total of nine consultation rooms. These include four medical consultation rooms, four nursing consultation rooms, and one multipurpose room.
The multipurpose room is designated for extractions, emergency treatments, and observation. Furthermore, the center incorporates a specific classroom for group activities and health education, thereby strengthening the community health and prevention aspect.
The total investment allocated to this healthcare infrastructure project in Jesús amounted to 1,632,813.78 euros, underscoring the commitment to improving public services in the Baix Ebre region.
