She recalled that Junts per Tortosa was the most voted party in the previous elections and noted that citizens will be able to evaluate the agreement that led to the change in government.

The candidate contrasted Junts per Tortosa's city model with that of the current executive, focusing on issues such as security, urban maintenance, and fiscal policy. She described the city as being in a state of "stagnation, neglect, loss of dynamism, insecurity, dirtiness, and lack of maintenance."

Roigé sharply criticized the municipal executive's management, including Mar Lleixà and Jordi Jordan, stating that "the misgovernment is exactly the same" regardless of the positions held.
