The political group Movem Tortosa has officially activated its primary process to determine who will lead the party's candidacy in the municipal elections scheduled for 2027.

The regulations governing this process were ratified last Saturday during a plenary session of the group. According to the established calendar, the key phases will take place throughout the months of June and July, a period in which the census will be opened, candidacies with their respective endorsements will be presented, and the final vote will be held.
The party has emphasized that the goal of these primaries is to enhance transparency and the active participation of citizens linked to the project in political decision-making for the city of Tortosa.

"It is important to keep moving forward so as not to go backwards and to consolidate the initiatives underway in the city."
