By Mayoral Decree dated October 1, 2026, the call for applications for the position of deputy judge of peace for La Tallada d'Empordà for the next four years was approved.
In accordance with Regulation 3/1995 of June 7th concerning Judges of Peace, interested individuals, who must be of legal age and not subject to incompatibilities or prohibitions as determined by the Organic Law of the Judiciary, must submit their applications from the day after the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Girona (BOP de Girona) until November 3, 2026.
The following documentation must be provided: DNI or a certified photocopy; a certificate or sworn declaration stating that the applicant is not subject to any of the incapacities listed in Article 303 of the LOPJ; a certificate or sworn declaration stating that the applicant is not subject to any of the incompatibilities or prohibitions listed in Articles 389 to 397 of the LOPJ; and a curriculum vitae specifying the current professional or commercial activity.
