The training will introduce participants to the creation process of the traditional “ninos” and sculptures that adorn the floats for the Festes de Primavera (Spring Festivals). The main objective is to ensure the continuity of one of Palafrugell's most deeply rooted traditions and to facilitate the entry of new talent into the field.
The course will be taught by Julio Navarro and will consist of eight sessions, held every Thursday from October 8 to November 26, from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The initial sessions will take place at Can Genís, with subsequent sessions moving to the Nau dels Carroceros (Carroceros Hall).
The course fee is 25 euros per month for young people aged 18 to 29, and 35 euros per month for those over 29. The Carroceros School is organized by the Associació de Colles de Festes de Primavera (Association of Spring Festival Groups).
