The Palafrugell City Council has initiated a process to allocate over 200 summer parking passes for the Calella and Llafranc areas through a raffle, with applications exclusively online during May.

Interested individuals can submit their applications during the first few days of May. The process is conducted entirely through an online form specifically designed for this purpose, ensuring a fully digital procedure.
The passes are distributed among various groups, including reserved spots for registered residents and workers, owners or renters of second homes, the tourism sector, and individuals with reduced mobility. This segmentation aims to address the specific needs of each group.
The public raffle will take place at the end of May at the municipal headquarters and can be followed online. Prior to this, provisional lists of admitted applicants will be published, allowing for review and the submission of any claims, thus ensuring transparency in the process.
Each pass grants the right to use the corresponding parking area but does not assign a fixed spot. This means users will have to park in available spaces at any given time. Through this system, the council aims to regulate parking access during the summer months, a period of high demand in these coastal areas.
