The Palamós City Council has allocated 11,758.73 euros in aid for facade rehabilitation, benefiting six applications from private owners and communities during the annual call.

The total of 11,758.73 euros was distributed among six applications, three submitted by homeowners' associations and the remaining three by private individuals, aiming to promote the improvement of the exterior condition of properties in the municipality of Palamós.

The aid covers up to 50% of the cost of the works and the entirety of the urban tax, with a maximum limit of 2,500 euros per action.

Eligible works include sanitation, repair, and painting of the main facade. Complementary actions on cornices, ornamental elements, eaves, and balconies are also considered. Buildings must be residential, with a maximum of eight dwellings, over 20 years old, and not rehabilitated in the last ten years.
The call considered actions that obtained municipal license between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025. The total budget for this aid line increased this year by 12,000 euros, totaling 30,000 euros, which also covers the removal of fixed elements on public roads and the elimination of architectural barriers.
