Approximately 1,000 individuals have participated in the 35 sub-sessions of the 7th Baix Llobregat Women's Congress, held since March 3rd, with the latest session taking place in Begues.

A thousand people have brought to life the sub-sessions of the 7th Congress of Women of Baix Llobregat, with nearly 1,000 participants in 35 decentralized sessions across the region since last March 3rd. The latest activity took place in Begues, focusing on the session “Leading in Feminine: Challenges, Opportunities, and Transformation of Women's Professional Trajectories”.
Over nearly seven months, these sub-sessions have served to reflect and bring feminist debate to various municipalities. 48 speakers were involved, and 912.6 kilometers were covered to facilitate the program.
The activities addressed topics such as health, sexist and digital violence, racism, ageism, poverty, education, employment, and entrepreneurship, through round tables, workshops, and reflection spaces.
The contributions gathered enrich the Congress's content and help build a shared vision to advance towards a fairer and more egalitarian region.
The Consell Comarcal and the Consell de les Dones del Baix Llobregat thank the involvement of the town councils, entities, political parties, and social organizations that made the sub-sessions possible.
With the sub-sessions concluded, the 7th Congress of Women of Baix Llobregat is preparing for its regional meeting on October 23rd and 24th in Sant Joan Despí, where the work carried out will be shared.
