Under the slogan "One day, many opportunities," the Job Fair aims to connect companies needing staff with individuals seeking employment or looking to improve their working conditions. Participating companies will present their open selection processes and conduct rapid interviews with candidates.
The first edition attracted over 1,000 attendees and 17 companies, offering 370 job positions and generating more than 870 interviews. Companies interested in participating can gain visibility for their selection processes and directly connect with local talent.
This year, the Job Fair is held in conjunction with the new Industry Fair, a event designed to highlight the local productive fabric and showcase the municipality's industrial activity. This fair aims to make visible the innovative work of often lesser-known industrial companies.
Industrial companies will have a free exhibition space to explain their activities and projects, and connect with talent. The program will include a reflection session on the role of industry as a driver of stable, quality employment. Registrations for companies and interested individuals are now open.
