The entity El Dado Enroscado, in collaboration with Owl Language School and Mathom Store, has organized a fun day focused on board games during the Festa Major of Sant Andreu de la Barca. The activity, held on Saturday, September 5th, took place at Plaça de l'Onze de Setembre.
The event, which started at 10:00 AM and lasted until 9:00 PM, featured a game library with current games for ingenious, agile, and creative minds, promoting entertainment, strategy, and socialization.
In addition to the general game library, the 6th Children's Carcassonne Tournament (for ages 4 to 10) was held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by the 11th Carcassonne Tournament at 4:00 PM. These tournaments, based on a well-known medieval-themed board game, tested participants' strategy. Registrations were available at www.owl.cat or in person on the day of the event. The organization also had the collaboration of Devir and the Sant Andreu de la Barca City Council.
