The Sant Isidre Fair in Viladecans, located in Baix Llobregat, will celebrate its 55th edition on May 16 and 17, establishing itself as a showcase for local agriculture, commerce, and community involvement.

This vibrant display of Viladecans' vitality will bring together 61 stands, exhibiting the rich agricultural produce, dynamic associative life, and diverse commercial offerings of the municipality. The City Council has emphasized the event's importance for local promotion.
One of this year's novelties is the expansion of the gastronomic area, which will increase its capacity to accommodate up to 202 people. This commitment to tasting local products will be complemented by live demonstrations from local restaurateurs.

"Throughout the weekend, activities focused on tasting local products will be carried out, with live demonstrations by restaurateurs from the municipality."

the City Council
The fair will continue its traditional competition for fruit and vegetable baskets, one of the few artisanal basket exhibitions remaining in Catalonia. Additionally, the associations' exhibition will gather 58 local organizations, strengthening the social fabric.
Local commerce will play a leading role, representing 95% of participating businesses. There will be stands for food, fashion, industry, home goods, automotive, engineering, and personal services, among other sectors. The institutional stand of the City Council will present future city projects, promote the passage of the Tour de France, and host a competition to choose the local police mascot.
