A forest fire in Masllorenç is now burning 11.5 hectares and has resulted in the confinement of 600 people in the area.

Rural agents have reported that the fire, believed to have started in the municipality of Montferri, covers an approximate area of 11.5 hectares. The blaze is spreading between the municipalities of Bonastre and Montferri.
A total of fifty-two fire crews, comprising forty-six ground teams and seven aerial units, are working intensely to control the fire on both flanks.
The confinement order for Masllorenç, Masarbonès, nearby urbanizations, and Rodonyà remains in effect. Civil Protection reminds residents to close windows and avoid unnecessary travel.
