The 48h Open House BCN architecture festival will open the doors of over 200 spaces in Badalona on the weekend of October 24-25, 2026, offering a unique opportunity to discover the city.

For one weekend, the 48h Open House BCN festival invites visitors to discover Badalona from a new perspective, opening architectural spaces that are normally closed to the public. The event, taking place on October 24-25, 2026, is free and open to everyone.
This edition will feature over 200 visitable spaces in the city, with no prior registration required. Among the highlighted locations are the Former Can Gusi Factory, home to the Roca i Pi Legacy Foundation; the Quint Licini Garden, preserving remains of a Roman manor house; and various architectural interventions such as the Reforma Badalona, a renovation of a terraced house, and the Casa Carme Dwelling.
Visitors can also explore the Housing Building on Carrer Progrés, which adapts to current urban regulations, and the Old Cemetery Itinerary, Badalona's oldest cemetery. Other points of interest include Ca l'Amigó i Nou Jardí, a modernist building, and the Catalan Gothic monastery of Sant Jeroni de la Murtra.
The tour also encompasses emblematic buildings such as the Casa de la Vila (Town Hall), formerly a primary school and municipal court; La Casa de l'Heura and Casa dels Dofins, Roman domus; and the Badalona Museum, built over parts of the ancient Roman city of Baetulo.
