The book explores the more inhospitable and sordid side of Alt Empordà, far from the usual tourist landscapes. The work narrates a chilling adventure starring two teenagers, Berta and Marc, who suffer the consequences of a Sant Joan ritual in a cemetery.
The plot unfolds through the most decrepit settings of Figueres, Empuriabrava, and Santa Margarida, featuring characters such as a sorcerer and the specters of Josep Pla and Salvador Dalí.
Toni Benages-Gallard (Badalona, 1970) is a comic artist and popularizer, with publications like "Les extraordinàries aventures de Francesc Pujols" and "El cercle de Loplop". Ricard Martín Cortada (Figueres, 1977) is the gastronomy editorial coordinator at Time Out and author of "Barcelona a peu de porc".
