Additionally, pet owners are encouraged to bring their pets indoors and store toxic products away from water.
Regarding driving, drivers are asked to moderate speed, brake gently, maintain a safe distance from other vehicles, avoid flooded areas, and stop if necessary. It is also reminded to keep essential items handy, such as a charged mobile phone, indispensable medications, warm clothing, and personal documents.
