According to the investigation, the detainee administered communication groups created to facilitate participant coordination. Access to these groups was promoted through a poster on TikTok featuring a QR code leading to a WhatsApp channel.
Inquiries also indicate the young woman actively participated in energizing these groups. The investigation remains open, and further actions are not ruled out.
