The Barcelona Cybersecurity Congress (BCC) 2026, co-organized by the Catalan Cybersecurity Agency and Fira de Barcelona, will hold its seventh edition from November 3rd to 5th at the Gran Via Hospitalet exhibition center, expecting to gather over 6,000 visitors from more than 100 countries.

Under the slogan “Connecting Europe’s Cybersecurity Ecosystem”, the congress aims to establish itself as a space for connection between companies, institutions, professionals, security managers, and innovation agents from across Europe. This year's edition will focus on cybersecurity as a strategic issue and the need to strengthen the security and resilience of industries, critical infrastructures, businesses, and urban environments.
For the third consecutive year, the Catalan Cybersecurity Agency will have its own pavilion (stand C-21 in Hall 2.1) spanning 270 square meters. This space will host 19 Catalan companies and one entity to present their products, services, and technological developments to an international audience. The participating companies and entities are: ASCICAT, Ciberia, Concenter.io, ConnectaSec, Cybercrow Systems, Cydoo, Delta Cybersecurity, ESED – Cyber Security & IT Solutions, ICDQ Group, IEAISA, ItechGrup by Plexus, Oficina Semat Data, Scud Cybersecurity, Secrets Vault, SEGURdades, Seven Sector, Synergial Cybersecurity, Tranxfer, TutumSec, and Zynap.
Throughout the three days of the congress, the Agency's Pavilion will offer an immersive experience on identity theft using Artificial Intelligence (AI), titled "Seeing is Believing." The live demonstration will showcase how current technologies can realistically reproduce people's images and voices and how this content can be used to generate increasingly sophisticated deceptions.
Among the new features of this edition is the Networking Hub, a space designed to facilitate connections between companies. On the morning of November 3rd, a parallel event will be held addressing the challenges posed by quantum computing for digital security. The roundtable discussion “Defending Europe in 2026: National Cybersecurity Strategies, Collaboration & Emerging Threats” will also take place, bringing together top officials from cybersecurity agencies of Catalonia, Flanders, Poland, and Romania.
In the afternoon of November 3rd, the annual conference of the Digital Catalonia Alliance (DCA) cybersecurity community will be held. On November 4th, the CISO Global Leadership Awards will take place, recognizing individuals, organizations, and innovations that contribute to strengthening cybersecurity in Europe and worldwide.
