The Industrial Pact is a territorial association that brings together local administrations, trade unions, employers, and entities linked to economic development, employment, and innovation in the metropolitan region. Founded in 1997, it aims to be a common space for debate and work for the main stakeholders involved in economic dynamics, training, employment, social cohesion, and sustainability.
Through this adhesion, Ferrocarrils becomes a collaborating entity that subscribes to the Industrial Pact's objectives in training, economic activity, mobility, and innovation. FGC's actions are guided by the principles of concertation between public administrations and social and economic agents, as well as complementarity with other territorial initiatives.
The adhesion was formalized during the association's 31st General Council, held in Rubí, with the participation of FGC's president, Carles Ruiz.
