Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) will participate in the Job Fair, held on October 21 and 22 at the Montjuïc venue of Fira de Barcelona, to present its professional offerings and future projects.

The public company FGC will have a stand within the Generalitat de Catalunya's space at the fair, promoted by Barcelona Activa. The aim is to provide information on job opportunities in both mobility and mountain assets, and to raise awareness of the railway and tourism sectors.
In the coming years, Ferrocarrils plans to expand its workforce to accommodate new services such as the Lleida-Terrassa line, the railway service to Barcelona-El Prat Airport, and the Tramvia del Camp de Tarragona. These new projects will drive the company's growth.
FGC President, Carles Ruiz Novella, highlighted the importance of participating in events like this to find the talent needed for progress. "It is a reference space that allows us to showcase the many professional opportunities available at FGC," he stated.
During the fair, visitors can receive information about the company's job opportunities and hear testimonials from FGC team members. Additionally, FGC will participate in several informative sessions. On Wednesday, October 21, Yolanda Trillo Carbajal, Head of Talent, Leadership, and Culture at FGC, will join a panel discussion on opportunities in Public Administration. Later, Mayte Castillo Vizcaino, Deputy Director of Mobility in the Territory, and Rodrigo Illán Garcia, Operations Manager for FGC Mobility, will give a conference on the new professional profiles needed for the upcoming services.
