The firm specializes in the establishment and expansion of businesses in the United States and in the mobility of executive, specialized, and technical personnel. It processes the most common investment and business visas for Spanish companies (E-2 investment, E-1 trade and services, L-1 intra-company transfer, and B-1 business), and also incorporates and registers companies, corporations, and LLCs, including Delaware companies, with registered agent service in all fifty states.
The other pillar of the service is tax. Before deciding on the structure, the firm analyzes the federal and state tax regimes that will apply to the activity, a decision that is often made late and which conditions the cost of the entire operation.

The founder, Luis Agramunt, is a graduate of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has been a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona since 1989. He was the first Spanish lawyer certified as a foreign legal consultant by the Supreme Court of Florida. In 1993, he coordinated the first collaboration agreement between the Barcelona Bar Association and an American bar association, The Florida Bar.
Throughout these years, the firm has represented numerous Catalan companies in their processes of establishment, investment, and relocation of professionals to the United States, including some of the companies with the greatest presence in that market.
