The Casa dels Entremesos, the popular culture hub in Barcelona, promotes local traditions and hosts a unique Christmas exhibition featuring over 1,400 caganer figures.

The facility, located in the Plaça de les Beates, in the Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera neighborhood, was inaugurated on September 20, 2009. It is managed by the Federació d’Entitats de Cultura Popular i Tradicional de Barcelona Vella and is part of the Ajuntament de Barcelona's Cases de la Festa network.
Popularly known as the house of the giants, the center safeguards virtually all the festive imagery of Ciutat Vella, including representative figures such as the Gegants del Pi and those of Santa Maria del Mar. Its primary mission is the dissemination of Barcelona traditions.
Beyond temporary exhibitions, the Casa dels Entremesos offers constant activities for citizens, such as guided and dramatized tours, workshops on traditional dances, falcons, ball de bastons, sardanes, and children's activities. It also features a specialized library, sound library, and video library focused on popular culture.
The featured proposal for the Christmas holidays is a display that combines the traditional nativity scene with a humorous exhibition including more than 1,400 caganer figures. [Check out the exhibition here](https://lacasadelsentremesos.cat/mira-qui-caga).
