A fault at the Collblanc electrical substation has caused a power outage affecting 12,886 customers in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat and several districts of Barcelona.

According to Endesa sources, the incident occurred at 5:24 PM and is attributed to a cable fire that affected a transformer. The electricity company has been working to resolve the situation, and the L'Hospitalet City Council reported that repairs would begin around 8:00 PM.
In Barcelona, the power cut primarily affects the districts of Sants-Montjuïc, Sarrià – Sant Gervasi, and Horta-Guinardó. On social media, some users reported being without electricity for up to six hours.
The Barcelona council recommends consulting the official channels of the supplying company for updated information on the service status.
