Caixa Enginyers has closed the 2025 financial year with a record net profit of 26.5 million euros, an 11% increase compared to the previous year, as approved by its members at the Ordinary General Assembly.

Caixa Enginyers members have given the green light to the 2025 annual accounts, marked by a historic profit of 26.5 million euros. This figure represents an 11% increase compared to 2024. During the Ordinary General Assembly, a business volume of 9,269 million euros was also approved, signifying an 8% rise from the previous fiscal year.
These results coincide with the first year of director general Juanjo Llopis's mandate. The assembly has validated the proposal for the remuneration of the capital contribution title at 5% and the update of its nominal value, which will rise from 100 to 102 euros, once authorization from the Bank of Spain is obtained.
During 2025, Caixa Enginyers surpassed the 220,000 member mark for the first time, reaching 220,080 registered members, a 2% increase from the previous year. This growth consolidates its cooperative banking model.
The financial group, chaired by Félix Masjuan, concluded the fiscal year with a total of 33 offices distributed across Spain, with a significant presence in Catalonia. Of these, 10 are located in the city of Barcelona, 12 in the rest of Catalonia, and the remaining 11 in other parts of Spain.
