This performance, held at the renowned Jungfraujoch site, also known as the Top of Europe, marks the highest 'castell' construction ever documented. The group successfully completed a 4 of 7, a 3 of 7, and a 5 of 6 before the imposing Aletsch Glacier, a UNESCO World Heritage natural site.
The president of the group, Maria López, expressed her satisfaction at being able to bring over 180 'castellers' to Switzerland. She described the achievement as a "privilege" that allows them to "promote Catalan culture worldwide".
The event also featured the participation of the Lausanne 'castell' group, joining in the celebration of this cultural and sporting achievement.
