The literary proposal, focused on the notions of writing, the body, and desire, will read three novels exploring the intensity of intimate relationships and love. It will be led by Sebastià Portell.
The series will begin on October 22 with Written on the Body (1992) by Jeanette Winterson, a work on forbidden relationships and illness. On November 19, La passió segons Renée Vivien (1997) by Maria Mercè Marçal will be discussed, focusing on the life of poet Renée Vivien and Paris during the Belle Époque. Finally, on December 17, it will conclude with Fishes (2026) by Eva Baltasar, a story about toxic loves and the relationship with literature.
