CSI's participation in the fair was described as very positive, allowing the organization to reach new professionals and increase visibility for its centers. The aim was to highlight the professional development opportunities offered by the consortium.
During the event, CSI teams conducted 29 scheduled interviews and engaged with numerous interested individuals who spontaneously visited their booth to learn about available job opportunities.
As a result of these encounters, 10 candidates with potential for hiring were identified, primarily in the roles of caregiver, occupational therapist, cleaning staff, and laundry assistant. Additionally, two more candidates are currently under evaluation.
CSI's presence at this fair reinforces its commitment to talent acquisition, employment promotion, and regional connection to attract professionals eager to grow and build their future with the organization.
